From M40 Junction

Turn left onto the B4451. Turn right onto the B4100 and after about
2 miles turn right towards the B4086. At B4086 turn left and follow
the road up the hill. After the top of the hill take the left turn onto
Old Road signposted to the Rose and Crown pub. Take a right turn at
the Practice to access the car park.
From M40 Junction

Take the A422 exit to Banbury/A361. Stay on the A422 for 7 or 8 miles
and turn right at the sign for Ratley. Follow the road until you reach
a sharp right hand bend with a stone edifice at Hornton Quary. Do not
go round the bend but go straight on and you will shortly see the practice
on the right hand side.
From Stratford-upon-Avon
Take the A3400 out of Stratford towards Ettington. At a roundabout take
the 1st exit onto the A422 Banbury Road. Stay on the A422 and after
about 12 miles you will climb a very steep winding hill. Shortly after
the top of the hill take the left turn to Edgehill. Take the next right
signposted leisure drive and after a short distance take a left turn
at the quarry and stone edifice. Follow this road and you will shortly
see the practice on the right hand side.
